RAO/CIS Offshore 2025 is a leading international platform for addressing key issues of integrated development of the Russian Arctic and continental shelf.
In 2025 «RAO/CIS Offshore 2025» is held by the Order of the Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak. 17th International Exhibition and Conference for offshore oil & gas resources development of the Arctic and continental shelf will be held as a part of the leading event of the gas industry – St. Petersburg International Gas Forum.
The exhibition will showcase projects for the exploration of oil and gas fields on the continental shelf, new equipment and technologies for drilling and development of offshore hydrocarbon fields, promising technologies and equipment for the Arctic and shelf infrastructure development, protection and safety equipment, programs for the development of marine medicine and transport system and more.

The conference program will include 2 Plenary Sessions, 14 conference sessions, and a Youth Session.
The theme of the Plenary Session is “STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES AND PRIORITIES FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARCTIC”
The conference sessions will discuss a number of issues related to the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources in the Arctic zone, environmental and industrial safety, marine medicine and the formation of human resources.
For the first time the Program will include sessions on the application of space-aero-geophysical technologies, manned and unmanned systems on the Arctic continental shelf, as well as on international cooperation on the problems of Arctic and Far East shelf development.
